FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electrophotographic light-sensitive element used in working cartridges and electrophotographic devices. The electrophotographic light-sensitive element represents a laminated body that includes a conducting substrate, an electron transfer layer, a charge generation layer and a hole transfer layer. The above laminated body meets the following expression (1): R_opt/R_dark≤0.95(1), where R_opt is impedance of the laminated body at light irradiation, R_dark is impedance without any irradiation. Impedance is measured by formation by means of sputtering on the surface of the charge generation layer of a golden electrode of a round shape with thickness of 300 nm and diameter of 10 mm and application between it and the conducting substrate of a 100 mV and 0.1 Hz alternating electric field. With that, the surface of the charge generation layer is irradiated by light with intensity of 30 mcJ/cm2·s. Besides, the working cartridge and the electrophotographic device are described, which have the above electrophotographic light-sensitive element.
EFFECT: proposed electrophotographic light-sensitive element provides reduction of a positive repetitive image at an early stage and after long-term multiple use.
