FIELD: optoelectronic instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lidar system for detecting objects in an area of interest. The system contains a radiation source for radiation of the output beam, an oscillating component and at least two static optical components. The oscillating component has a reflective surface for receiving the output beam and is configured to oscillate to modulate the output beam to the first expanded beam. Static optical components have reflective surfaces for receiving the first expanded beam. The reflecting surfaces of the static optical components are angularly offset from each other so that each of the reflecting surfaces receives and reflects a respective portion of the first expanded beam. The reflected portions of the first expanded beam together comprise a second expanded beam having a second expanded beam spacing along the second expansion axis. The interval of the second expanded beam is greater than the interval of the first expanded beam.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the scanning area, increasing the scanning speed and increasing the reliability of the system.
