METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF REPRODUCTIVE LOSS IN THE FORM OF NON-DEVELOPING PREGNANCY AND SPONTANEOUS MISSION IN WOMEN WITH THREATING EARLY MISSION Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC G01N33/68 G01N33/577

Abstract RU 2789255 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used to predict reproductive losses up to 22 weeks of gestation in the form of non-developing pregnancy and spontaneous miscarriage in women with threatened early miscarriage at 5–12 weeks of gestation. An immunological study of peripheral venous blood is carried out before the start of maintenance therapy. The content of the IL-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1RA) is determined. If its value is equal to or more than 208.3 pg/ml, reproductive losses are predicted in the form of non-developing pregnancy and spontaneous miscarriage in women with no history of recurrent miscarriage.

EFFECT: method provides an opportunity to increase the accuracy of predicting reproductive losses in the form of spontaneous miscarriage and non-developing pregnancy at gestational age up to 22 weeks in women with threatened early miscarriage at 5-12 weeks, by determining the content of IL-1RA in peripheral venous blood.
