FIELD: foundry production.

SUBSTANCE: shell mold casting device comprises a casting chamber, high-pressure furnace chamber (6), vacuum furnace chamber (9), mold (13) with a lifting pillar and tray (11), a melting crucible, super-cooling crucible (33) with a bottom nozzle, a support cylinder supporting a super-cooling crucible in the casting chamber, and plunger rod (2) with a thermocouple. Tray (11) for installing shell mold (10) is mounted on the lifting pillar of the mold. The high-pressure furnace chamber contains the winding of heating coil (35), the first heat-shielding assembly, and first superconducting coil (41). The second heat-shielding assembly and second superconducting coil (53) are placed in the vacuum furnace chamber. The plunger rod isolates the high-pressure furnace chamber from the vacuum furnace chamber until the melt is fed and the bottom nozzle is closed.

EFFECT: production of products with small-crystal, single-crystal, directional crystal and non-crystal structures is ensured, and the quality of these products is improved by implementing various casting modes by the device.
