FIELD: powder metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing powder with core/shell particles. It can be used in production of powders for use in biomedicine, pharmaceutics, optics, electronics and catalysis. Device for producing nanoparticles with core-shell morphology by magnetron sputtering comprises a vacuum chamber, a magnetron placed at the top of the vacuum chamber and a vibration device installed under the magnetron. Vibration speaker is used as vibration device, which is connected to a power amplifier, which receives a signal from an acoustic signal generator and is powered through a pulsed power supply from an alternating current source.

EFFECT: obtaining uniform coating on powder particles, increasing energy efficiency.
