FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to variants of a method for producing epoxyalkanes and to variants of a system for producing epoxyalkanes. One of the variants of the method includes the following steps: 1) distillation of a stream containing epoxyalkanes and an extracting agent in a separation column to obtain a stream containing mainly epoxyalkanes from the top of the column and to obtain a stream mainly containing the extracting agent from the bottom of column; 2) dividing a stream, mainly containing the extracting agent, obtained from the bottom of column into at least three streams where the first stream is heated by the boiler of bottom of column and returned to the separation column from the column boiler, the second stream is used as a circulating extractant, the third stream is fed to the extracting agent purification unit to perform purification to remove a heavy component in the liquid phase whose boiling point is higher than the boiling point of the extracting agent; after that a treated vapor phase takes place or, in other words, a mixture of vapor and liquid as a light component is obtained, the light component is mainly the extracting agent, and 3) returning the result of the treated vapor phase or, in other words, the mixture of vapor and liquid as a light component, which is mainly the extracting agent, to the separation column. According to one of the variants, the system includes: 1) a separation column in which the bottom of column has an outlet adapted to output the bottom of column flow from the separation column; 2) a boiler of bottom of column which is located at the bottom of the separation column to boil a portion of the bottom of separation column reboiler materials and return the boiled still reboiler material to the separation column, and 3) a unit for purifying the extracting agent which is located below the separation column feed position for purifying a part of the bottom of separation column material to remove heavy components whose boiling point is higher than the boiling point of the extracting agent, the unit also helps to reach the treated vapor phase or, in other words, to obtain a mixture of vapor and liquid as a light component, which is mainly the extracting agent, and return the light component to the separation column/
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain epoxyalkanes in high yield with small loss of the extracting agent and low energy consumption.
