FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and can be used in making luminophores, dielectrics, high-temperature materials, solid-oxide fuel cell electrolytes, oxygen sensors, as well as photocatalysts. First, tungsten is extracted with a benzene solution of trioctylamine from a chloride aqueous solution of sodium tungstate, and rare-earth element (Ln) is extracted from an aqueous nitrate solution with an equal volume of a benzene solution containing acetylacetone and phenanthroline. In both cases, the volume ratio of the aqueous and organic phases is 1:1. After stratification, organic phases are separated. To the obtained tungsten extract, lanthanum oleate and the obtained REE extract or REE oleate are added from the calculation of the molar ratio La:Ln:W=(1.99-1.90):(0.01-0.1):2.0. Mixture is heated at 60-80 °C for 20 minutes until the solvent is evaporated and subjected to pyrolysis in a muffle furnace at temperature of 800-900 °C for 1-2 hours. Obtained lanthanum tungstates, doped with rare-earth elements, have the composition La2-xLnxW2O9, where x=0.01-0.10.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to accurately introduce the declared concentrations of rare-earth elements and to simplify the process by reducing the number of stages and duration.
