FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and is intended to assess the state of the central zone of the retina in patients with a spectral yellow intraocular lens. In a patient with a spectral yellow intraocular lens, to assess the state of the central zone of the retina, a multifocal ERG (mfERG) is recorded in a 30-degree zone with m-sequential stimulation with 61 hexagon with a brightness from 1 to 200 Cd / m2 without mydriasis, with an eye loop electrode behind the lower eyelid, an indifferent electrode - on the skin in the area of the outer corner of the examined eye, a grounding electrode - on the lobe of the ipsi or contralateral ear. The state of the central zone of the retina is assessed according to quantitative data in the analysis mode by "rings": the density of DP1 in nV / deg2 and the latencies of LP1, LN1 in msec. The obtained values increase by 10% along the "rings" K1-K3 for DP1, decrease the K3-K5 readings for LP1 by 10% and decrease the K2-K4 readings for LN1 by 5%.
EFFECT: method provides an adequate interpretation of the quantitative parameters of multifocal electroretinography in the eyes with spectral intraocular correction when assessing the state of the central retinal zone to determine the treatment tactics.
