FIELD: steel production.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a coating solution for forming an insulating film for an electrical steel sheet with a grain-oriented structure and a method for producing said electrical steel sheet. The proposed solution contains one or more types of hydrosilicate powders having an average particle size of 2 microns or less, and one or more types of phosphoric acids and phosphates satisfying the ratio ∑niMi/∑Pi≤0,5, and satisfies Formula 1: 1,5≤(∑niMi+∑n’jM’j)/∑Pi≤15, where P is the number of moles of phosphorus, M is the number of moles of metal ions derived from phosphate, n is the valence of metal ions derived from phosphate, i is is the number of phosphate types, M’ is the number of moles of metal elements in the hydrosilicate, n’ is the valence of the metal elements in the hydrosilicate, and j is the number of hydrosilicate types.

EFFECT: provides an insulating film having a large film tension, a large iron loss reduction effect without using a chromium compound, and excellent fill factor, corrosion resistance and water resistance.
