FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to a sheet of electrical steel with an oriented grain structure, used as the material of an iron core for electrical equipment, e.g., a transformer. The electrical sheet comprises a main steel sheet, a glass film in contact with the main steel sheet, and an insulating coating in contact with the glass film, containing phosphate and colloidal silicon oxide as the main components. The main steel sheet has a chemical composition, wt. % : 0.085 or less C, 0.80 to 7.00 Si, 0.05 to 1.00 Mn, 0.010 to 0.065 acid-soluble Al, 0.012 or less N, 0.015 or less Seq, wherein Seq=S+0.406×Se, 0.0005 to 0.0080 B, the rest Fe and impurities. BN is contained in the area extending from the interface between the glass film and the insulating coating in the direction of thickness at a distance of 5 mcm to the main steel sheet, with an average particle size of 50 to 300 nm and a numerical density of 2×106 to 2×1010 particles/mm3. The emission intensity of B obtained inside the glass film is greater than the emission intensity of B obtained inside the main steel sheet when measuring the intensity using optical emission spectroscopy with a glow discharge starting from the surface of the insulating coating.
EFFECT: increase in the adhesion of the coating and low losses in the core are provided.
