FIELD: ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: donor corneal annular layered graft is obtained. An intrastromal pocket is formed in the recipient in the form of a ring in the zone of greatest thinning and protrusion, and a segment of the donor graft ring is implanted into it. The donor graft is formed using the radiation of a femtosecond laser with a pulse power of 6700-7000 nanojoules, a width of 2.5-3.0 mm, a segment angle of 50-360°, and thickness calculated according to the original formula. In this case, intrastromal corneal stratification is performed at a depth of 270-380 μm with a diameter of 8.4-8.6 mm and a circular incision of the outer layers of the cornea in the perpendicular direction of the corresponding diameter to the depth of the stratification. In the center of the graft with a femtosecond laser with a power of 6500-6700 nanojoules, a circular incision with a diameter of 3.0-3.5 mm is made to the previously stratified corneal layers and a segment of the ring is cut out. Intrastromal pocket in a recipient is formed using femtosecond laser radiation with a pulse power of 6700-7000 nanojoules at a depth of 70-75% of the minimum corneal thickness. Then, with a diamond knife in the upper half of the intrastromal bed, a radial incision is made along the width of the ring with a depth to the bottom of the bed, and a segment of the donor graft ring is inserted through it.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent the progression of the pathological process and provide a persistent increase in visual acuity.
