SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a compound of Formula I:

In which R1 is independently selected from a group including С1-20 hydroxyalkyl, C1-6 alkyl, С3-6 aril, optionally substituted with one or more substituents selected from halogen and -C(=O)-NH-C1-6 hydroxyalkyl; each R2 is independently selected from a group including C1-20 hydroxyalkyl, C1-6 alkyl or hydrogen; R3 is selected from a group including С1-3 alkyl or -(CH2)m-C(=O)-NR5R6, in which m is an integer from 2 to 5, and R5 and R6 are such as, respectively, specified for R1 and R2; R4 is missing; each n is an integer from 0 to 4; and the compound of Formula I contains at least two hydroxy groups. A method for obtaining a compound of Formula I, a method for obtaining an intermediate compound of Formula II, a pharmaceutical composition, and a method for obtaining MR images and/or MR spectra are also proposed.
EFFECT: proposed compounds have improved and long-term kinetic stability while maintaining suitable relaxation properties and can be used as contrast agents in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
