FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer coatings of nanomaterials. A chemical compound containing an aromatic core or a carbocyclic non-aromatic core is proposed, wherein the aromatic core is benzene ring or biphenyl; the carbocyclic non-aromatic core is 5-7-element ring. The core has at least two anchor groups covalently attached to it, where each anchor group contains an activated silane group; in this case, anchor groups have the general formula -A-(CH2)nSiY3, in which A is a covalent bond or O, “n” is an integer from 1 to 3, and Y is independently a methoxy group or an ethoxy group; and at least one hydrophilic group departing from the core, wherein a hydrophilic polymer residue (residues) is selected independently of each other, if more than one hydrophilic group is present, from -(O-CH2-CH2)m-OX, where X is CH3 or H, and “m” is an integer from 6 to 25; at the same time, the number of hydrophilic groups departing from the core is from one to the number of ring structures in the core. Compositions containing the proposed chemical compound and nanostructures with coating containing residues of the claimed chemical compound are also proposed, as well as the use of such nanostructures. A method for obtaining a coated nanostructure is also proposed.
EFFECT: technical result is that the proposed compound makes it possible to obtain coating on nanostructures with improved characteristics, which makes it possible to use obtained nanostructures with coating to obtain a contrast agent or a visualizing agent.
