FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for preparing a phospholipid nanoparticle enclosed chlorine E6 therapeutic agent applicable as a remedy for photodynamic therapy. An aqueous solution of maltose prepared by heating is mixed with chlorine E6 and then mixed with an aqueous emulsion of phosphatidylcholine. The prepared emulsion is subject to several homogenisation cycles under high pressure of 500-1,000 atm at a temperature of 40-50°C followed by neutralising in alkaline water and lyophilising.
EFFECT: more effective application of the compound.
