FIELD: ore processing.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to a method for processing magnetite ores with a reservoir containing simple monoaminoalkyl ether. A method for processing magnetite ore containing less than 15 wt% silica based on the total solids content in the ore includes a froth flotation stage in the presence of a reservoir composition containing 80-100 wt% of at least one monoaminoalkyl ether, less than 20 wt% diaminoalkyl ether, based on the total weight of all amine components. Monoaminoalkyl ether is monoaminoalkyl ether with a branching degree greater than 1, and the alkyl contains from 11 to 17 carbon atoms. Monoaminoalkyl ether contains 0-30 wt% isotridecyl (C13) ether propylamine, 0-30 wt% isododecyl (C12) ether propylamine, 50-100 wt% isoundecyl (C11) ether propylamine, 0-30 wt% isodecyl (C10) ether propylamine, 0-30 wt% tetradecyl (C14) ether propylamine, each time based on the total weight of the monoaminoalkyl ether.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of separation of the desired components and impurities, increased extraction of a valuable mineral and a significant reduction in rock impurities.
