METHOD FOR PERSONALIZED DIAGNOSTICS OF PATIENTS WITH TOXIC CHEMICALS USING MOBILE COMPLEXES Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N33/50

Abstract RU 2748011 C1

FIELD: military medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military medicine and relates to a method for identifying and evacuating those affected by toxic chemicals using mobile complexes, including the stages of detecting and identifying toxic chemicals with the ability to inhibit cholinesterase; sampling of biomaterial from the affected by means of a module with the possibility of polymerase chain reaction and genotyping (MPG) and determination of the most vulnerable genotype for butyrylcholinesterase; evacuation of the injured to medical institutions; collection and transmission of information about the genetic history of the affected by means of the information processing module (IPM) to the territorial and regional medical institutions, where the evacuation of the affected is planned; preliminary forecasting and assessment of the consequences of an emergency.

EFFECT: invention provides for identification of the most vulnerable genotypes in the affected directly at the site of the emergency and the transfer of information about the genetic history to further stages of medical evacuation.
