FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: agricultural implement is comprised of a main frame and no less than one plough point connected to the main frame by means of a mounting unit. The mounting unit for a plough point comprises a mounting rail for connecting with the main frame of the plough, a support bracket of the plough point for connecting the plough point with the mounting rail so that the support bracket of the plough point surrounds parts of the mounting rail. The mounting rail and the support bracket of the plough point have aligned adjoining surfaces inclined in the direction of ploughing so that the mounting rail and the support bracket of the plough point are attached to each other in at least two directions during operation of the plough point. The method of manufacture of a mounting unit for a plough point includes the stages of: providing a mounting rail for connecting to the main frame of the plough; providing a support bracket of the plough point for connecting the plough point with the mounting rail, wherein said support bracket of the plough point constitutes a two-component structure comprising a first part and a second part; positioning the first part of the support bracket of the plough point on a first side of the mounting rail; positioning the second part of the support bracket of the plough point on the opposing second side of the mounting rail; interconnecting the first part and the second part of the support bracket of the plough point.

EFFECT: improved mounting unit with reduced vibration and wear and easy adjustment without tools is provided.
