FIELD: optoelectronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in optical elements made of optical ceramics for switching elements of electrical circuits of optoelectronic devices, including for space purposes, creating contact electrodes and electric heating of entrance windows made of optical ceramics. The electrically conductive coating contains adhesive, conductive and contact layers applied to the ceramic substrate. The coating additionally contains a buffer layer made of chromium, which is located between the adhesive and conductive layers and has good adhesion to them, while the substrate is made of optical ceramics, the adhesive layer is made of yttrium oxide, and the conductive layer is made of aluminum. The optical ceramic substrate can be zinc selenide or zinc sulfide.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to obtain an electrically conductive coating with good adhesion to optical ceramic substrates, which can withstand thermal effects up to 250°C.
