SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the device of the upper structure of the railway track, in particular to methods for the device of continuous welded track, as well as to devices for its implementation. Solid-rolled rails with two symmetrically and oppositely located heads of the same profile and size are fixed in cradles. Lodges are rigidly fixed to the sleepers. The beginning of the section of continuous-welded main rails is rigidly clamped on both sides of the axial movements. In the middle part, a cut is made in parallel on both sides with overlapping ends. On the outside of the main rails, auxiliary rails are laid and fixed. Inside, one leveling and technological rails are laid in the size of the track. Sharp platforms are placed between their side edges and on the rolling surfaces on both sides. The platforms are rigidly connected to the ends of the cut main and leveling rails and move them together with the rails along the track axis due to temperature displacements and deformations.
EFFECT: length of the continuous welded track increases.
