REPRESENTATION OF MULTIMODAL SUBSETS BASED ON LOCAL VISUALIZATION Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G06T19/20 G06T15/00

Abstract RU 2748687 C1

FIELD: data visualization.

SUBSTANCE: method for displaying visual characteristics includes several steps. The first set of biometric data of the first modality is obtained for the first section of the body part. The first visual characteristics are determined based on the first set of biometric data. A second set of biometric data of the second modality is got for the second section of the body part, with the second section of the body part being a subset of the first section of the body part. The second visual characteristics are determined based on the second set of biometric data. The first view is provided, including the first section of the body part displayed with the first visual characteristics, as well as the second view, including the second section of the body part displayed with the second visual characteristics. The second view is superimposed on the first view at the location on the first view corresponding to the second section of the body part. The third set of biometric data of the third modality is obtained for the second section of the body part. The third visual characteristics are determined based on the third set of biometric data. A third view is provided, including the second section of the body part displayed with the third visual characteristics, after the second view, including the second section of the body part displayed with the second visual characteristics, is provided.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing improved visualization of the internal parts of the body by displaying visual characteristics for different parts of the body part.
