FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy and relates to a burner-tuyere unit for an electric arc furnace. The unit contains a supporting body (3) with a front opening (5) inserted into a hole in the wall of an electric arc furnace, installed in a supporting body (3) with the possibility of rotation around an axis (A) of rotation of a unit (7) a lance-burner with an outlet channel (28) passing to the outlet (29) of the burner-lance unit (7) located in the front opening (5), and the drive unit (9) for turning the burner-lance unit (7) between the two end positions in which the outlet (29 ) occupies different positions from each other in the front opening (5), and the outlet channel (28) defines different outgoing directions from each other. The pivot axis (A), after the support body (3) is installed in the hole in the wall, forms an angle between 30° and 60° with the direction of gravity, particularly preferably between 40° and 50°. The burner-lance assembly is suitable for realizing the burner mode and / or the lance mode.
EFFECT: invention improves the burner-tuyere device for supplying energy to hard-to-reach areas of the electric arc furnace for the intensity of the steel production process.
