FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet manufactured by cold rolling. The sheet has a surface on which grooves are made, forming at least two straight dashed lines on the said surface of the steel sheet, intersecting the rolling direction of the steel sheet, and the grooves are made with a length of 5-10 mm, and the grooves forming each dotted line are located with equal spacing, and the ratio of groove length to groove length ranges from 1:1 to 1.5:1.
EFFECT: creating a heat-resistant electrical steel sheet with an oriented grain structure, which has low losses in the material of the sheet and possibility of multiple bending.
