SUBSTANCE: invention relates to group of inventions, which includes plate of electrical steel with oriented grain structure and method of its manufacturing. At that, share of groove presence in second area, in which angle β more than 2°, less than 50%.

EFFECT: present invention provides grinding of magnetic domains for a specific point of the sheet.
