SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an automatic coffee and tea machine and a method for brewing coffee and tea. The automatic coffee and tea machine, which uses a brewing module, contains a tea leaf dispenser, a coffee grinding and dosing device, a milk dosing and filling device, a seasoning dispenser, containers for tea mixture, coffee beans, milk, seasonings and grounds/solid particles, as well as a water pressure gearbox and a water pump, a water heater and a steam generator, a brewing module for coffee and tea, a drive for a brewing module for coffee and tea equipped with an encoder, a device for preparing coffee and tea portions, a main control unit, and display with control panel. The automatic coffee and tea machine has a steam control valve connected between the steam generator and the suction pipe outlet installed in the device of preparation of coffee and tea portions. The main control unit is equipped with an additional control unit connected to the drive encoder of the brewing module for coffee and tea and a steam control valve.

EFFECT: simplified cleaning of the brewing module and improved operating conditions.
