SUBSTANCE: coffee machine (1) for making a hot beverage with a heating system for controlling a dynamic thermal process contains casing frame (2), in which there are water module (100) for obtaining brewing water, which contains first heating device (120) having boiler (121) with fresh water inlet (12) and with first heating element (123) for obtaining water heated to the first temperature T₁, and brewing module (200), wherein brewing module (200) contains brewing device (220) for brewing the set amount of coffee with brewing water and dosing node (230) for dosing brewed coffee, as well as second heating device (250) for heating water heated to the first temperature T₁ to the second temperature T₂, located in supplying pipeline (260) for brewing water. The coffee machine contains second heating device (250) placed in brewing module (200), which is thick-film heater (252) made in the form of a continuous flow heater.

EFFECT: creation of the coffee machine for making a hot beverage that provides separately regulated water temperature optimal for brewing as much as possible for making coffee beverages, as well as making tea and so forth.
