SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to regenerative medicine, and can be used in the manufacture of allogeneic bone tissue transplants for the treatment of patients in traumatology-orthopedics, neurosurgery. The method of saturating the transplant of spongy, compact bone tissue or their combination with collagen involves the formation of holes in the compact bone tissue when using it, then one or more grafts are placed in a container, into which a sol is added with a collagen concentration of 0.6 to 1.4% in such quantity so that it completely covers the graft; then centrifugation is carried out for 20 minutes with an acceleration of 100 g when using a sol with a collagen concentration of 0.6-0.79%, 300 g - at 0.8-0.99%, 700 g - at 1.0-1.19%, 1300 g - at 1.2-1.4%, respectively. After centrifugation, the amount of the remaining sol in the container is estimated; if it is reduced, a sol with a corresponding collagen concentration is added to the container to the initial value, and centrifugation is repeated under the same conditions. The centrifugation steps are repeated until the sol loss stops, after which the collagen is lyophilized as part of the bone grafts in a vacuum drying.

EFFECT: fuller saturation of any type of bone tissue transplant with type 1 collagen sol with a concentration of 0.6 to 1.4%.
