SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a bone plastic material (BPM) for stimulating reparative processes in bone tissue defects, which is a material based on collagen and bone chips, characterized by containing human type 1 collagen isolated from the tendons of tissue donors, in an amount of 10–12 wt.%, bone chips with a particle size of 250–630 microns, obtained from tissue donors, in an amount of 87–89 wt.%, while collagen and collagen fibres in the composition of the BPM are characterized by an autofluorescence level of not more than 30 foot-candles (FC), also refers to a method of producing bone plastic material (BPM) including mixing collagen and bone chips, followed by lyophilisation and sterilization of the resulting mixture, characterized by the following: 0.8% solution of human type 1 collagen isolated from the tendons of tissue donors is used for mixing by acid extraction, and bone chips with a diameter of 250–630 microns, while 5.5 to 6.5 grams of bone chips are taken per 100 ml of collagen, after lyophilisation, the resulting material is subjected to fluorescence microscopy, when an autofluorescence level of 30 FC or less is obtained BPM is considered suitable for subsequent use to stimulate reparative processes in bone tissue defects, also refers to the use of BPM to stimulate reparative processes in bone tissue defects, including preliminary soaking of BPM in an isotonic solution of sodium chloride (0.9% NaCl) for at least 30 min followed by filling the bone tissue defect.
EFFECT: ensuring the production of a highly adhesive BPM graft for human cells based on tissue donor material, characterized by a cell density on the surface of the BPM of 4 thousand per cm2 and higher, the presence of spread cells and cells with a wide lamella on the surface of the BPM (after 3 days of in vitro cultivation), while ensuring the homogeneity of the components of the mixture, characterized by the absence of crumbs and collagen in the entire volume of the mixture.
