Abstract RU 2749022 C1

FIELD: medicine and neurology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, resuscitation, restorative medicine, and can be used to treat patients in a state of low consciousness in the early recovery period after a stroke. To do this, with the patient in the supine position on a functional bed with the possibility of changing the position of the head end, classes are carried out. Classes will include passive movements, which the specialist performs with parts of the patient's body, and active-passive, in which the patient participates in conjunction with the specialist. The specialist speaks out the actions performed. Performing the actions described in the claims is aimed at stimulating proprioceptive, tactile, vestibular perception and overcoming tonic reflexes. Stimulation of other types of perception is carried out: auditory, oral, gustatory, reflexes of eating behavior using gustatory stimuli. The impact begins at the level of the spinal ganglia and approaches the level of the brain stem; an ordered afferent influx into the higher parts of the brain is gradually formed and the tone of the muscles of the right and left halves of the body is leveled. The impact is accompanied by visual and sound signals addressed directly to the visual and auditory centers of the cerebral cortex.

EFFECT: invention allows reducing the depth of neurological symptoms and bringing patients into contact with people around, restoring swallowing and chewing, restoring facial expressions, articulation and whispering, restoring limb movements, improving posture regulation due to certain exercises performed in the appropriate sequence.
