FIELD: brewing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the use of waste processing of the brewing industry. The method of processing brewer's grains into animal feed includes pressing by pressing and drying brewers' grains, while before drying, the brewer's grains are crushed to 3-4 mm and centrifuged at a rotation speed of 4200 rpm to a moisture content of 55-58%, and drying is carried out at temperature 55-60°C to humidity 10-12%.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to shorten drying time and ensure uniform distribution of moisture in the dried solid fraction of brewer's grains.
