FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for osteosynthesis of fractures of the surgical hemural neck. Fragments of the humerus are repositioned. A T-plate is applied. Two channels are formed in the humeral head along the anterior and posterior surfaces and tightening cerclages from the plate are passed through said channels.
EFFECT: method allows minimising intraoperative bone tissue damage in the fracture area, performing osteosynthesis in the osteoporotic process in the humeral head, and performing repeat resynthesis after migration of the intraosseous metal structure due to extramedullary location of the metal structure, causing no bone resorption in the peri-implantation area.
