FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the treatment of traumatic brain injury and cerebral palsy. Disclosed is the use of a composition for the preparation of a product for the treatment of traumatic brain injury and cerebral palsy, containing i) uridine and cytidine phosphates; ii) a lipid fraction containing docosahexaenoic acid (22:6; DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (20:5; EPA), wherein the lipid fraction contains less than 2 wt % α-linolenic acid (ALA) based on the weight of all fatty acids; iii) choline or its salts; wherein the specified composition additionally contains at least one vitamin of group B. Also disclosed is the use of the kit for obtaining a product for the treatment of traumatic brain injury and cerebral palsy.
