FIELD: polishes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of chemical technology, namely to production of polishing polymer compositions based on phenol-formaldehyde oligomers in combination with epoxy resins and can be applied as a can polishing coating. The method consists in complete combination of matrices of high-molecular compounds in the presence of organic liquids due to high shearing rates provided by means of a "rotor-stator" system. The polishing polymer composition is produced at a circumferential speed of a stirring apparatus of 35 to 45 m/s and a surrounding temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce energy consumption by decreasing the time of combining the polymers and the oligomers from 90 to 15 minutes and decreasing the temperature of producing the composition from 120 to 20°C.
