FIELD: machine tools.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of tools for mechanical treatment of workpieces. The tool comprises a clamping holder with a receiving cavity provided with a conical recess located on the side of the receiving cavity in the end surface of the clamping holder, and a central positioning hole with a cylindrical surface, wherein the width of the conical recess decreases in the direction of the central positioning hole, a machining head with a cutting part, an element for connection with the clamping holder rigidly fixed on the cutting part, a central positioning column with an outer cylindrical surface, and a fixing part for connecting the clamping holder and the machining head. The conical recess of the receiving cavity and the protrusion of the element for connecting the machining head are also made with surfaces formed by multiple curved surfaces, wherein the radii of curvature of the curved surfaces are identical and the centers of curvature have different locations.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows increasing reliability of the tool.
