SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to treat the fistula form of osteomyelitis of the long tubular bones of the extremities. An arthroscope is inserted into the fistula, revealing non-viable tissues and the focus of osteomyelitis. A port for access to the osteomyelitis focus is formed and non-viable tissues are removed with a shaver and an electro-ablator under visual control. Beads with antibiotics are installed. These techniques are performed when an antiseptic liquid is fed into the fistula passage in a constant mode.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the probability of healing of the fistula of tubular bones by eliminating incisions and the possibility of precision removal of tissues using optical magnification.
