FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve engineering and can be widely used in cryogenic technology. Cryogenic valving is comprised of two bodies, wherein the first body is made in form of a supporting flange and a cylindrical bottom connected thereto and two identical bayonet connectors, wherein each of the connectors is made of a thin-walled outer pipe and an inner pipe, at the lower end whereof radial holes are provided for the passage of the working medium. The upper end of one pipe is connected to the inlet branch pipe, and the upper end of the other pipe is connected to the outlet pipe of the pneumatic valve mounted in the body cavity. The pneumatic valve and inner pipes are insulated, and the body cavity itself is evacuated. The second body is made in form of a power flange and two identical cylindrical vessels, wherein each of the vessels comprises an outer casing and a thin-walled inner pipe, inside whereof a spring-loaded check valve with a guide sleeve and a saddle are mounted. A bayonet connector is installed in each thin-walled inner pipe. The gap between the bodies is sealed from the external environment using gaskets made in the power flange of the second body and gaskets installed in the supporting flange of the first body.
EFFECT: creation of cryogenic valving allowing minimizing the time of replacement thereof in case of failure during operation.
