SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the confectionery industry. The method for production of dietary vitaminized chocolate based on natural sweeteners and enriched with biologically active vitamins involves mixing grated cocoa, cocoa butter, xylitol, stevioside, methylfolate, pyrodixin, methylcobalamin, melting, conching and tempering the chocolate mass, casting it into heated molds, cooling the chocolate chocolate bars from molds, wrapping and packaging of chocolate. In this case, the initial components are taken in a certain mass ratio.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining chocolate with improved organoleptic characteristics of the quality of dietary chocolate, with the complete elimination of sugar in the product, with a uniform distribution of vitamins in the chocolate mass, and is intended for people with a predisposition to the folate cycle, as well as for people who follow a sugarless diet.
