FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of production of crystalline zeolite-like aluminophosphate molecular sieves, namely to a method of production of granular micro-meso-macroporous aluminophosphate molecular sieve AlPO4-11 exhibiting high crystallinity, including preparation of the initial reaction mixture, hydrothermal crystallisation of the initial mixture, annealing of the resulting material, wherein the initial reaction mixture is produced by adding the pre-produced aluminophosphate gel to the powdery crystalline aluminophosphate AlPO4-11 and mixing in a mixer resulting in a homogeneous mixture of the following composition (% wt.): powdered aluminophosphate AlPO4-11 - 50 to 80, aluminophosphate gel relative to AlPO4 - 20 to 50, moistening the resulting mixture with water and moulding into granules, drying the resulting granules at 60 to 90°C for 24 to 48 hours, performing hydrothermal crystallisation of the granules in water at a mass of granules/mass of water ratio = 1:2 to 4 at 180 to 200°C for 24 to 48 hours, washing the produced crystalline AlPO4-11 granules twice with water followed by drying at 100°C for 24 to 48 hours and then annealing at 550 to 600°C for 3 to 4 hours.
EFFECT: provided is development of a technically simple method of production of a granular micro-meso-macroporous aluminophosphate molecular sieve AlPO4-11 exhibiting high crystallinity.
