FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of production of crystalline zeolite-like aluminophosphate molecular sieves, namely to a method of production of granular micro-meso-macroporous magnesium aluminophosphate molecular sieve MARO-11 exhibiting high crystallinity, including preparation of the initial reaction mixture, hydrothermal crystallisation of the initial mixture, annealing of the resulting material, wherein the initial reaction mixture is produced by adding the pre-produced magnesium aluminophosphate gel to the powdery crystalline magnesium aluminophosphate MARO-11 and mixing in a mixer resulting in a homogeneous mixture of the following composition (% wt.): powdered magnesium aluminophosphate MARO-11 - 50 to 80, magnesium aluminophosphate gel relative to MARO - 20 to 50, moistening the resulting mixture with water and moulding into granules, drying the resulting granules at 60 to 90°C for 24 to 48 hours, performing hydrothermal crystallisation of the granules in water at a mass of granules/mass of water ratio = 1:2 to 4 at 180 to 200°C for 24 to 48 hours, washing the produced crystalline MARO-11 twice with water followed by drying at 100°C for 24 to 48 hours and then annealing at 550 to 600°C for 3 to 4 hours.
EFFECT: provided is development of a technologically simple method for production of a granular micro-meso-macroporous magnesium aluminophosphate molecular sieve MARO-11 exhibiting high crystallinity.
