FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stents used to expand the lumen of a stenotic portion in a case when a stenosis or the like occurs in a biological organ having a lumen structure, such as a blood vessel. Stent comprises a first frame, a second frame, a first extension portion, a second extension portion and a web. First frame is located along the cylindrical surface and forms a wavy shape, the direction of amplitude of which is the axial direction of the cylindrical surface. Second frame is located along the cylindrical surface, forms a wavy shape, the amplitude direction of which is the axial direction, and is located adjacent to the first frame in the axial direction. First extension part is formed on the first ridge and passes along the first bisector dividing the first ridge in half, on both sides relative to the first bisector in the direction of the second frame, wherein the first ridge is at least one of the ridges in the first frame, passing in the direction of the second frame, wherein the first extension part has an elliptical shape, the main axis of which is the first bisector. Second extension part is formed on the second ridge and passes along the second bisector dividing the second ridge in half, on both sides relative to the second bisector in the direction of the first frame, wherein the second ridge is offset in the circumferential direction relative to the first ridge among the ridges of the second carcass extending in the direction of the first carcass, wherein the second extension part has an elliptical shape, which main axis is the second bisector. Web extends from first extension to second extension.
EFFECT: purpose of the invention is to increase the stent shape accuracy compared to the configuration, in which the part connecting the circumferentially offset ridges of the frames, adjacent in the axial direction, passes only on one side relative to the bisector of the first ridge or the second ridge.
