Abstract RU 2784857 C1

FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical technology, namely to a stent implanted in the luminal structure of a living organism to expand the lumen. The stent (10), intended for insertion into the catheter, being compressed in the radial direction, contains a set of wave-like elements (11) having a wave-like configuration and located one after the other in the axial direction, and a set of connecting elements (12) located in the direction passing around the axis, and connecting adjacent to each other wave-like elements (11). Said wave-like configuration is formed by wave-like links (14), each of which has a first branch (15), a second branch (16), a third branch (17), a first peak (18) connecting the first end part (15a) of the first branch (15) on one side and the first end part (16a) of the second branch (16) on one side, and the second top (19) connecting the second end part (16b) of the second branch (16) on the other side and the first end part (17a) of the third branch (17) on one side. The second end part (17b) of the third branch (17) on the other side is connected to the second end part (15b) of the first branch (15) on the other side in another link of wave-like links (14) adjacent to each wave-like link (14) in the direction passing around the axis. The first end part (12a) of each connecting element (12) on one side is connected to the first top (18) of one of the wavy links (14) adjacent in the axial direction, and the second end part (12b) of each connecting element (12) is connected to the second end part (15b) of the first branch of another of the wavy links (14) adjacent in the axial direction.

EFFECT: invention has a high bending permeability, i. e. a high degree of preservation of the circular shape of the section when the stent is bent.
