FIELD: animal husbandry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of animal husbandry, namely, to the assessment of stress resistance and the selection of dairy cows for milking on a robotic installation. The intensity of milk let-down is taken into account every minute automatically by the milking robot for a certain number of milking sessions in a row starting from the first, the manifestation of the milk-giving reflex is determined by the ratio of milk yield for the first minute to a single milk yield, followed by the calculation of the difference in the degree of expiration between successive milking sessions. As an indicator of stress resistance, the amount of milking is used, after which the established value of the degree of milking occurs in the first minute, the onset of which can be determined by several consecutive differences that are less than the previously set small value. Animals with an index less than the average for the herd by 1 sigma are classified as high type of stress resistance, higher than the average for the herd by 1 sigma - as low type, with intermediate indicators - as the average type of stress resistance.
EFFECT: invention increases the efficiency of the selection of dairy cows.
