The underwater vessel is multi-seat and equipped with a common blister made of transparent material, contains wheels that encircle the monorail, and is driven by a cable mounted in the monorail and kinematically connected to the hull of the underwater vessel.
EFFECT: management functions of the passenger are reduced to a minimum, and the safety of the operation of the vessel is increased.
