SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to the selection of new raspberry genotypes using microsatellite markers (marker selection). The method consists in PCR amplification of DNA isolated from the analyzed sample using a set of four pairs of primers for microsatellite (SSR) markers developed on the basis of sequences of structural and regulatory genes of flavonoid biosynthesis, identification of the size of PCR amplicons and identification of raspberry genotypes containing a set of PCR amplicons characteristic of varieties with a high content of anthocyanins.

EFFECT: claimed method makes it possible to speed up the selection of raspberries to improve the quality of berries using DNA technologies.
