FIELD: agriculture; biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the genetics and breeding of barley. A set of DNA markers for the selection of barley hybrids with a high content of anthocyanins in the pericarp of the caryopsis, the synthesis of which is controlled by the Ant1 and Ant2 genes, has been proposed. The proposed set contains DNA markers Ant1.F1/Ant1.R1, Ant2.F1/Ant2.R1 and Ant2.F2/Ant2.R2 with the following Ant 1.F1 nucleotide sequences: 5'-GCGGCTTGATTTGTTTCАТА-3', Ant1.R1: 5'-TTTAAATGGCGAGGTAAGGT-3', Ant2.F 1: 5'-GCTGGAACACACGTACAAGA-3', Ant2.R1: 5'-CTTTGAGCTATGGAGACC AAGAA-3', Ant2.F2: 5'-CATTCATGTCGGTCCAGAAC-3', Ant2.R2: 5'-CAGAGGAACTGCTTCGTTAAA-3'.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the accuracy and speed of selection of barley plants with a high content of anthocyanins in the pericarp of the caryopsis.
