Invention describes an SNP-panel, which is a set of molecular markers based on single nucleotide polymorphisms of soya genome, which enable to identify a genotype, perform evaluation of genomic value of selection material of soya and carry out selection of soya by a set of economic-value features, including productivity of the variety/line, percentage of oil and percentage content of protein in seeds.

EFFECT: disclosed are markers for marker selection of soya according to utility indications.
