FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to a recombinant DNA molecule for giving a plant tolerance to the dicamba herbicide or a PPO inhibitor. Also disclosed are a DNA construct and a cell of a transgenic plant containing the specified DNA molecule; a vector containing the specified DNA construct; a transgenic plant, a part of a transgenic plant, a transgenic seed containing the specified DNA molecule. Methods for obtaining the specified plant; expression of dicamba monooxygenase (DMO) and protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO) using the specified DNA molecule; method for preventing weed growth using the specified DNA molecule are disclosed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively control weeds.
