DEVICE FOR FORMING FIBERS MADE OF THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC C03B37/09

Abstract RU 2751318 C1

FIELD: glass fiber production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for forming fibers from thermoplastic materials and can be used in factories producing fiberglass products. The device for forming fibers from thermoplastic materials contains a metal body with a bottom, a bushing feeder, which is a heating device of electrical resistance, in the lower part of which there is a bushing plate with spinnerets that extend beyond the lower surface of the bushing plate. The feeder also contains vertical supports located between the rows of spinnerets with a step of 10-100 mm, rigidly connected to the bushing plate, and at least one bracket having a rigid connection with the bottom of the metal housing, and an electrical insulation gasket. At the same time, at least one vertical support located between the rows of spinnerets is rigidly connected to the bushing plate and is made in the form of a rectangular plate with a groove in the lower part that fixes the location of the electrical insulation gasket. The width of the vertical support plate is within 2-6 mm, and its height is 1-5 of the height of the spinneret. In this case, the distance from the vertical support, made in the form of a rectangular plate, to the nearest rows of spinnerets should be within 4-18 mm.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the operational reliability of the device and performance, as well as to reduce the weight of the structure of bushing feeders.
