FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cardiology and medical genetics, and can be used to predict the risk of death or nonfatal myocardial infarction in patients in the next six years after non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTEACS). Assess adverse risk factors and calculate the likely risk (R) according to the claimed formula. Presence of multifocal atherosclerosis, the A/A genotype of the rs 1041981 polymorphism of the LTA gene, the C / C genotype of the rs 662 polymorphism of the PON1 gene, and the T/T genotype of the rs854560 PON1 gene (d) are indicated as adverse risk factors. Predict the occurrence of adverse outcome within six years of follow-up in patients after NSTEACS with R greater than 0.295, and with P less than or equal to 0.295 predict a favorable outcome.
EFFECT: method allows to predict accurately the risk of death or nonfatal myocardial infarction in patients in the next six years after NSTEACS by assessing a complex of the most significant risk factors.
