FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to obstetrics and gynecology, and is intended to predict spontaneous miscarriage in women with threatened early miscarriage. The content of alternatively activated CD14+CD16++ monocytes is determined in the peripheral venous blood of a pregnant woman at 5-12 weeks of gestation before the start of maintenance therapy. With its value equal to 6.5% or less, an early spontaneous miscarriage is predicted.
EFFECT: invention provides expanding the arsenal of prognostic tools and earlier prediction of spontaneous miscarriage in threatened early miscarriage.
