FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy. Method for producing narrow fractional spherical powders from heat-resisting alloys based on nickel aluminide includes the stage of preliminary precipitation of a given fraction by classifying an initial powder material with a grain size of 5–150 mcm, stage of producing a target product, which consists in carrying out thermal vacuum treatment for 3–4 hours at a residual pressure of 10-5–10-6 mm Hg, temperature 800–900 °C and the rate of heating to this temperature is 15–20 °C/min and subsequent plasma spheroidization, smaller and larger powder remaining after the preliminary precipitation of the given fraction is subjected to mixing, pressing, vacuum sintering to a relative density of 70–80 %, grinding, after that the resulting powder is returned to the stage of preliminary precipitation of the given fraction and then the selected given fraction is sent to the stage of producing the target product.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to increase the yield of the target product in the process of plasma spheroidization of the powder with a low content of impurities.
